1. Do you do open houses?

Yes, I do open houses...and enjoy them. These have been a successful part of my business. Throughout the years many of my listings have gone under contract and sold as a result of a buyer attending an open house.

2.  How often do you have open houses?

I do open houses nearly every weekend, and rotate my listings. I also have a hostess who assists me to make certain the needs of each listing and seller are met. It is preferable to have a home open the first weekend it is on the market, to give the best access to the greatest number of potential buyers.  

3.  I don't want to have an open house.

That is perfectly fine. There are circumstances where an open house isn't feasible. This is always the seller's decision.
